Everyone in one place.
Each person gets a column with all your conversations, and whoever is waiting for you comes first. Newsletters and services stay apart.
Coming soon to the Mac App Store
A calm, native Mac app for Gmail. It sorts new mail on your Mac. Apple Intelligence adds summaries, tasks and answers about your mail, when you want it.

Gmail shows your mail as one long list, newest on top. SevenMail shows the same conversations as cards in columns: what is new, what needs you, what waits for someone else. Add columns of your own, and the board follows your system.
Choose Apple Intelligence, and the model that is part of macOS reads each new message on your Mac and puts it in its group: Needs Action, Read Later, FYI or Promotions. No AI service on the internet, no server of ours.
Needs a Mac with Apple silicon that supports Apple Intelligence, and macOS 27. The model takes a moment for each message; mail older than four weeks is sorted by simple rules.
Give every project and every topic a board of its own, such as Website Relaunch, Moving House or Taxes 2026. Drag mail onto it, and what belongs together stays together. Every column is a Gmail label, so your order shows in Gmail too.

Not yet. It is coming to the Mac App Store. Join the waitlist on the home page and we write when there is news: the beta invitations and the day it is available.
A Mac with Apple silicon that runs macOS 27, and a Gmail account. The Apple Intelligence features (summaries, tasks and answers) need a Mac that supports Apple Intelligence; everything else works without it.
A small one first. We invite testers in small groups, because Google has to approve the app before more people can sign in. Join the waitlist; the optional questions after you confirm include an application for the beta.
It is your priority for a beta invitation, not a promise. The first 100 in line are wave 1. Share SevenMail to move up; a friend who confirms through your link moves you up the most. We see that you pressed a button, not whether you posted. The line ends when SevenMail is in the Mac App Store.
SevenMail works with Gmail and Google Workspace accounts for now. Other providers may follow later.
Not for now. SevenMail is a Mac app, built for the Mac first.
No. Your mail goes between your Mac and Google. SevenMail keeps a local copy on your Mac so it is fast and works offline.
Your mail goes only between your Mac and Google. Two small things go elsewhere. For mail from a company, SevenMail asks Logo.dev for the company’s logo by its domain name, never with an address or any text, and Logo.dev can see your IP address. Well-known logos come with the app, and you can turn this off with Show Logos of Companies in Settings ▸ General. And if you turn on Notify When SevenMail Is Closed, a small server of ours gets a device token and a hash of your address, so that it can pass on that something changed, never your mail.
Only the on-device model on your Mac sees your mail, and only for what you use. If you choose Apple Intelligence for sorting, it reads the sender, the subject and the start of each new message. It reads a conversation when you open it to summarize it, and the messages it needs to answer a question you ask. Nothing goes to us.
Only when you ask. Moving a card changes Gmail labels, and archiving, starring or trashing mail does what it does in Gmail. SevenMail never deletes mail permanently.
Yes. By default SevenMail sorts with Gmail’s own categories and simple rules, and Apple Intelligence is a choice. Boards, search and writing work either way. Summaries, tasks and answers need Apple Intelligence. One thing is on from the start: a short summary when you open a long conversation. You can turn it off in Settings ▸ Intelligence.
Open Settings, then Accounts, and choose Disconnect. SevenMail revokes its access at Google and removes the account’s data from your Mac. You can also revoke access in your Google Account.
